Receiving your tickets

Seven-Eleven stores in Japan
*Please be sure to pick up your tickets at the store in advance.
*When picking up the tickets, you will be required to show your ticket order confirmation email to store staff.
*Tickets can be picked up during designated windows of time, different for each venue. When purchasing tickets, please carefully read the details on when tickets are available for the concert you will attend.
