PMF Host City Orchestra Concert

This performance has ended

Though still in his 30s, Hong Kong born Wilson Ng is already making waves across Asia and beyond. A member of the PMF 2015 Conducting Academy, Ng now returns to lead the PMF Host City Orchestra Concert, featuring the Sapporo Symphony Orchestra! Los Angeles Philharmonic Principal Horn and PMF AMERICA faculty member Andrew Bain will appear as soloist in Toshio Hosokawa’s Horn Concerto “Moment of Blossoming,” a work that seems to bend time itself. The program culminates in Tchaikovsky's beloved Symphony No. 6 "Pathétique." Ng's fresh artistry is sure to manifest this masterwork’s endless wonders.
