PMF Orchestra Concert in Tokyo

This performance has ended

Day-of tickets will be available starting at 18:00.
Making his PMF debut as Principal Conductor, world-renowned Austrian maestro Manfred Honeck will lead a program of 2 core pieces of the Viennese repertoire. Viennese soloist Till Fellner will perform Mozart’s exquisitely refined Piano Concerto No. 22 before the PMF Orchestra takes on Mahler’s Symphony No. 5, in which Mahler’s breadth of experience as Director of the Vienna State Opera is fully brought to bear. From its beloved Adagietto movement to dazzling solos to extended thunderous grandeur, a transformative 75-minute journey awaits!
