Enjoy authentic opera at Kitara
A comprehensive art form, mixing theater, song, and orchestra - the power of opera"s charm is found in being able to enjoy these 3 elements simultaneously. This being PMF"s 25th anniversary, the PMF Orchestra will take on a "stage opera," in which the story unfolds with the orchestra performing onstage (instead of from the more common orchestra pit): an event only possible at Kitara. And the story, with its intriguing setting including an opera within an opera, is a masterpiece packed with the essence of opera, and only conceivable from the likes of R. Strauss. With a highly talented cast and the PMF Orchestra, there is much to look forward to!
