32Orchestra Concert (indoor)
Grand-scale Romantic masterwork
PMF Orchestra Concert in Tokyo <Program C>

This performance has ended. Our sincerest thanks go out to everyone who supported PMF 2017!

The culmination of the festival arrives, after a month in the making, in the form of Schubert's large-scale masterwork known as "the Great," conducted by Artistic Director Valery Gergiev. This symphony's deceptively simple structure reveals a Romantic beauty that unfolds in a way that never ceases to fascinate audiences. And Daniel Lozakovich, the young prodigy taking Europe by storm, will appear as soloist in the Bruch Violin Concerto No. 1!

Don't miss the PMF Orchestra at its peak!
