Born in Yokosuka, Kanagawa, Yuko Natori graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University. In 1977, she made her title role debut as Oyuki in the TBS Television drama "Oyuki." Subsequently, she made numerous successful appearances playing major roles in TV dramas, motion pictures, and plays. Recent productions include the TV dramas Kyotochiken no Onna 9 (A Woman in the Kyoto Prosecutor's Office #9), Hoigakukyoshitu no Jiken File 37 (School of Legal Medicine, Mystery File 37), Suiri-Sakka, Ike Kayoko 2 (Kayoko Ike, Mystery Writer #2) and Sogiya Matsuko no Satsujin-Jikenbo 3 (Mortician Matsuko's Murder Mystery File 3), as well as the motion pictures Jo no Mai, Kai, and Yoshiwara Enjo, the plays Tango, Fuyu no Owarini, Onyado Kawasemi, and Ume Sakinu, and recitations of Taketori Monogatari and Ninjo Bakamonogatari.
In 2012 she hosted the GALA Concert at Suntory Hall as M.C. This is her first appearance at PMF.
