What are you looking forward to about PMF?

Meeting many new people, making friends, get some kind of feeling of the japanese culture, of course doing some great music together and enjoy the general atmosphere there, get to see some things of the country

【After PMF 2023】What are some impressions of your time in Sapporo?

First of all, I didn’t know before that I am so much in love with Japanese food! Then I was able to see great places, where I was lucky to go with the local/Japanese PMF academy members. Not only restaurants :) but also for example „Hokkaido-Jingu“, with its calm, peaceful and beautiful nature! Ultimately, the Japanese culture: Everyone seems so polite and respectful with eachother. This is for sure one of the most impressive general things I take from my time in Japan. Peoples behaviour here doesn’t seem so egocentric like unfortunately sometimes here in Europe…

【After PMF 2023】What did you take away from your time at PMF?

Fantastic music! Such a lovely, supportive faculty! An amazing PMF staff who always take care of all our needs! Great voluntary activities were we learned about Japanese culture (e.g. Kimono Day)! And of course great friends I am so so happy I met!

【After PMF 2023】What advice would you give to people thinking of auditioning for PMF?

I can only fully recommend it! For me coming to PMF was like a dream! A dream I never knew I had! I feel incredibly lucky for this whole experience and it is something I will never forget!
