Vaughan Williams' early masterpiece 'Piano Quintet in c minor' makes use of the Schubert "Trout" quintet instrumentation (including a double bass), but with a lush late-Romantic flow, almost symphonic in scale. Enjoy this deeply felt performance from PMF 2025!
