New Artistic Director Valery Gergiev
Globe-trotting Maestro Valery Gergiev has been called the “the world’s busiest conductor.” After participating in PMF as Principal Conductor in 2004 and 2006, the great master will serve as its sixth Artistic Director for three years starting in 2015. Now after almost 10 years, having produced one tour-de-force performance after another of works by Shostakovich, Tchaikovsky, and more, these performances by Maestro Gergiev and the PMF Orchestra are not to be missed!
