I tried to apply from the web site, but I could not select the city which I wished to be auditioned.
If you
could not choose the city where you wished to be auditioned, this might
mean that the application for the certain city is closed. You can confirm
this by writing an e-mail titled "Cannot Apply" to audition@pmf.jp , but please do not register yourself selecting other city and write to audition@pmf.jp saying that you wish to change your venue. This would arise
confusion and we cannot accept your registration.
I have seen the audition schedule, but my schedule does not fit. Is there any other day on which I could be auditioned?
No other
dates or cities are available for the auditions except for those on the
list of schedule: http://www.pmf.or.jp/en/participate/schedule/

it is a shared room, you can also warm up a little before the audition.
I am not so sure what it means by "Standard Concerto."

that the piece said to be "Standard" is the work that is played

There
is no tuition fee, nor scholarship when you are being selected as a successful
member. PMF Organizing Committee would arrange a return trip between the
city where you currently live and Sapporo Japan, and cover all the accommodation
