1. Basic premise

At the Pacific Music Festival (hereinafter referred to as "PMF"), we are collecting information from everyone using the official Website of the Pacific Music Festival (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") in areas necessary to the smooth operation of the services (such as registering the applications to PMF Academy audition, PMF Friends, Open Rehearsal and Educational Seminar, and receipt of PMF Friends' ticket orders) provided by the Site. Information acquired will be handled appropriately within the scope of the purposes of use.

2. Scope of Information acquisition

I.

We automatically collect and store Internet domain names, IP addresses, information about access to the Site (i.e., the date and time you access the Site and the pages you visit) and so on.

At the Academy Audition Application page, applicants are requested to submit necessary information, including name, sexual distinction, country of citizenship, date of birth, contact address and current occupation for registering to the audition. At pages of PMF Friends, Open Rehearsal, Educational Seminar applications, users are asked to submit necessary information, including name and contact address, which required registering to the program. PMF Friends' tickets order form requests additional information necessary for ordering tickets.

Email addresses of users who submit above forms and send mails from Inquiry page, are displayed upon receipts.

3. Purpose of use

I.

The information acquired in 2. I. will be used only for internal purposes of assessing and for managing the Site.

II.

The information acquired in 2. II. will be used, according to above scopes of information acquisition, to make necessary contact and send postal mails for the smooth operation of the services provided by the Site.

III.

We will correspond the inquiries received in 2. III. appropriately and will use the information as a reference to in future festival operation. Email addresses and other contact information will be used to reply to.

4. Limitations on use and provision

At the PMF Organizing Committee, except in cases of legal disclosure requests, cases of illegal access, threats and other unlawful acts or other special reasons, the information acquired will not be used by ourselves for any purposes other than those described in 3., nor will it be provided to any third party. However, we may provide necessary information when we use postal mailing services and make contact to respond to inquiries.

5. Measures to ensure security

PMF is taking the measures necessary to manage acquired information appropriately to prevent the leakage, loss or destruction of acquired information.

6. Disclosure of personal information

We respond to requests for disclosure of personal information unless we are asked about the information on the person who requested.

7. Scope of application

This privacy policy applies only to the Site.
