＜Open Rehearsals-Supporting company＞ ASBIC CO., LTD
"PMF Open Rehearsals" provide opportunities for general public to observe a series of musical instruction given by outstanding international artists.
Participants have opportunities to observe assigned PMF Orchestra rehearsals and dress rehearsals. This program provides rare opportunity to attend and observe the entire process of genuine music making.

If you would like to register for one-day course, please come and register at the rehearsal venue on the day of the rehearsal. Registration will be closed after the number of participants has reached one hundred.

Participants are able to observe designated rehearsals and dress rehearsals of the PMF Orchestra. Available seat blocks are decided by the PMF Organizing Committee in advance. |

There is no microphone set on stage and registrants may have difficulties to listen to conductors clearly. |
| ・ |
There is no interpreter available at the rehearsal. |
| ・ |
Photograph, audio and video recording are strictly prohibited. If such cases are found, recorded data must be submitted and the person is asked to leave and not allowed to reenter the rest of the programs. Also, please refrain from entering/exiting during the rehearsals. |

For students, please forward photocopy of the student ID via post/e-mail/fax. |

In principle, voluntary cancellations are not refundable. |

Rehearsals can be cancelled or changed due to unavoidable circumstances and there is no compensation in case of the cancellations. |

Changes of the rehearsal schedule will be announced on the front page of PMF website until a night before the rehearsal day. There is also a telephone number available to confirm the schedule. You will be notified of their details after your registration. |

There is no parking space at Sapporo Concert Hall Kitara and the use of public transpotation is recommended. |
